I decided to treat myself to a facial after a friend recommended them to me and I'm so glad I did! I had the signature facial, and never having a facial before I wasn't sure what to expect. Nancy was very nice, let me know when she was about to apply something and explained it's use. She was talkative enough that I knew what was going on, but not too talkative that it took away from the relaxing experience. I admit, it was hard to get up and leave after because I was so relaxed! I will go back and see Nancy again for sure!
