PRF MICRO-FACIAL

Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is the second generation to Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP).

A PRF facial is essentially Micro-Needling combined with a topical application of platelet-rich-
fibrin. This combination of approaches can effectively enhance your rejuvenation and results.
A PRF facial is designed to amplify your skin’s own healing response and growth factors in order
to generate better results from a SkinPen or Micro-Needling treatment. This particular treatment
goes by several catchy nicknames, including the so-called Vampire Facelift or Vampire Facial.

The key element to this type of facial is something called platelet-rich-fibrin (PRF for short).
This compound is normally found in your body and it is rich with what are called growth factors.
These growth factors are specific to you–so the PRF used in your treatment will always come
from your own body. On the day of your appointment, a specialist will draw a small amount
of blood and then process that blood in order to separate the platelet-rich-fibrin to be
used in combination with a SkinPen Microneedling treatment.

 

The end results leave most patients looking noticeably more youthful. When PRF is added
onto the Micro-Needling procedure, applied topically, patients often notice more profound
effects. Together, Micro-Needling and PRF can diminish fine lines and wrinkles and build
collagen, yielding an overall   more dramatic transformation. PRF can also be added to other
